"Great location and proximity to the city of Boston. Parking was never an issue as there were always spots available, and to our convenience the gate was always open. However, the first floor bathroom was not always clean. This is the one across from the fitness center. Also, when we requested our room to be cleaned one day it was not cleaned when we returned. Overall, we had a good experience and I would stay there again."

"The room needs an update, bathroom fixtures were rusty and the coffee machine table were dark without lighting. The bed is comfortable. But the bed frame was dusty. The room needs soundproof. We can hear everything from the hallway."

"We liked the hotel but it is a little different from what we are used to. A little industrial verses warm and cozy. Staff were great and continental breakfast was typical items and good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My issue is the bathroom. No counter space or cabinets to put anything on and my biggest issue was the water pressure. It wasn’t good. Overall it was a good stay but not necessarily one we would go back to. "

"Stayed for Northeastern University graduation. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed an extra towel and received it within a few minutes. The room was very clean and spacious. Nice variety for breakfast. Would definitely stay again."
